We know it is a LOT of work to organize a block party and this is why we are here to help. We offer a bundle package at a reasonable cost so you can enjoy your party.
This package includes:
1) Mailings to your block to inform your neighbors
of the block party.
A) This letter will offer a few dates selected by the
block party coordinator so you know which date is
better for everyone (majority wins)
B) This letter will also gather the information if they
will or will not participate
C) It will have a section for activities that they would
like such as pony rides, DJ, Inflatable rides, etc.
D) Return envelopes that come back to us.
Once we get these letters back we then contact you
(the coordinator) so you get an idea for interest in having the party, what type of events your block wants and how many will participate.
2) Once the information is gathered, we will help you organize the party by getting quotes from local vendor's in your area for the activities selected by your block.
(you are not limited to just our quotes, feel free to look around yourself)
3) The next step is to send out another mailing to your block with information on the date selected, cost per household and a last chance for non participants to come on board.

4)Once we get the letters back by the RSVP date selected,
We will contact you so you may start collecting signatures.
(these signatures will be needed for
your local township block party permit)
The time you save by only going to houses
that are participating is worth the service alone. We have many permit applications on the site so you should be able to download yours.
You can collect the money when you get the signature. We will have in the mailing the amount they need.
5) A 3rd mailing will take place with a confirmation letter on date, time, activities, and paid status.
Your package includes postage and supplies,
time saved by you not having to do the hard part, easy coordination and set up.
All you need to do to start is provide us with addresses on your block
The fee for this service is $125.00 for up to 30 houses.
If we find you have no interest from your neighbors, we will refund your $125 minus postage and $15 administration fee.
In the end the $125 is split by all participants as a cost and you will get your difference back. 20 households divided by $125 = about $6 per house
Allow at least 1 1/2 months to organize!!!
